Disability Pride Month

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) was signed on July26, 1990.  July has been recognized as Disability Pride Month since 2015. The theme of Disability Pride Month this year is “The World Works Better with Us”.  Disability Pride Month is celebrated in various cities and towns throughout the United States with parades, activities and events, and panel discussions.  More suggestions for how to participate in Disability Pride Month include:
