The long awaited Risk/Incident Management Forum is here. There are two times to choose from: Morning and Afternoon. This forum will be featuring information sessions on the Fatal Five. These sessions are for staff from ALL provider agencies, SCOs, Vendor Fiscal and Agencies with Choice, who are involved with quality, risk and incident management for individuals.
