The pandemic has shown a small spotlight on behavioral health needs. More people then ever have felt depressed, isolated, anxious, hopeless, fearful and frustrated. Many are also grieving: the loss of a loved one, a friend, job, social activities, companionship, the list goes on.
At PCHC we strive to provide individuals, families and professionals with the resources and trainings to assist with behavioral health challenges.
Below you will find a list of such resources. Remember to be kind to yourself and there is no shame in asking for help.
