Family Support

fg

At PCHC, we understand how stressful it can be to find services, supports and resources for families. It is our goal to ensure that the Intellectual Disability population and their families are provided with resources and up to date information to meet their needs. Through the various tools we have created, individuals and their families can be more aware, empowered and able to address a range of needs from physical health, behavioral health, community inclusion, safety and more. As always, it is our mission to provide resources and educate the community on changes within the system and services provided. At PCHC, we understand how stressful it can be to find services, supports and resources for families. As we continue to provide support within the ID community to parents and families by attending health fairs, providing training, health care technical assistance, resource day events, and conference or community events, please feel free to contact our Outreach Department at 215-546-0300 ext. 3230.
